The Pennsylvania Tourism Office kicked off travel season with the release of the 2015 Vacation Guide

Harrisburg, PA, 2015-3-23 — /Travel PR News/ — The Pennsylvania Tourism Office today kicked off travel season with the release of the 2015 Vacation Guide, which highlights the commonwealth’s unique travel destinations and experiences as well as must-see attractions and events.

“Travelers are offered the chance to explore the incredible history, outdoor recreation, city escapes and hidden gems that Pennsylvania’s 11 tourism regions offer,” said Department of Community and Economic Development Acting Secretary Dennis Davin. “Whether you’re looking for a weekend getaway or a week-long excursion, Pennsylvania’s 2015 Vacation Guide is sure to provide the perfect vacation plan as we kick-off the travel season.”

The guide encourages visitors to explore Pennsylvania’s fan favorites, flavors and landscapes through stories featuring game-changing experiences for sports enthusiasts, showcasing Pennsylvania’s most famous foods and highlighting the changing colors of the commonwealth’s dynamic backdrops.

The 2015 Vacation Guide is now available online at or by calling 1-800-VISIT-PA. The guide can also be found at Welcome Centers across the state beginning in April.
