Under this agreement, TFE Hotels will oversee properties in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, and Queenstown, bringing its expertise in hotel management to the Heritage Hotels portfolio. Plans are already in motion to refurbish these properties over the coming years, demonstrating confidence in New Zealand’s recovering tourism sector. This partnership will allow TFE Hotels to expand its presence in New Zealand, reintroducing the Rendezvous brand and establishing a new country office in Auckland. Heritage Hotels will benefit from TFE’s global distribution systems and centralized service model, enhancing guest experiences. Heritage Hotels will retain ownership of its properties, including Adina CityLife Auckland and Rendezvous Heritage Auckland, while TFE Hotels will take over operational management.
