New South Wales, Australia, 2015-8-6 — /Travel PR News/ — TFE Hotels (Toga Far East Hotels) is celebrating the launch of its next generation technology platform for Meetings, Incentives, Conference and Events (MICE) clients, bookers and guests.
The event was hosted by the iVvy team at the Museum of Contemporary Art (MCA) on Tuesday, as they showcased the world’s first booking engine for the events’ industry, enabling organisers to search, compare, book and pay for function space, drink and dine menus and group accommodation in real-time.
TFE Hotels has 46 of its 70 hotels featured on the site across Australia, New Zealand and Europe. With a successful 6-month trial prior to launch, the cloud-based system prepopulates information that the booker has already entered for quoting and contracting. Customers also have the ability to add packages for specific date ranges, yielding revenue for the properties
The system creates group reports by brand and location based on leads received, value and booking results. The ability to set these rules to notify higher level managers when high value leads are received, means a smoother process all round.
This partnership ensures that TFE Hotels gain more centralised control over its MICE booking and inventory functions so it can deliver faster solutions, drive growth through process efficiencies and increase overall visibility across its properties. This successful partnership and tool has seen a significant uplift in enquiries and bookings to date.
The new platform is expected to disrupt the MICE industry by offering some of the most advanced features, saving time and money to become the ‘one stop shop’ for event organisers, while guests looking for meeting facilities will benefit from real-time bookings and quotes with information and services directly from TFE Hotels.
iVvy is an award-winning hospitality technology company, and this exciting new Venue software and Distribution platform enables TFE Hotels to respond to and enhance the customer experience, for bookers and partners.
