Steigenberger Wiltcher launches new deluxe room service: the private room restaurants

Frankfurt am Main, Germany, 2021-Feb-24 — /Travel PR News/ — From 2 March until 10 April 2021, Steigenberger Wiltcher’s in Brussels will be the only hotel in the city to offer a new form of deluxe room service. Guests will be able to order Michelin-star standard food straight to their rooms during this period. In order to ensure compliance with all relevant hygiene regulations and contact restrictions, the hotel has designated 20 selected guest rooms as “private dining rooms”. It has also joined forces with Kevin Lejeune, who was named “Young Chef of the Year 2021” by Gault&Millau BeLux and also holds a Michelin star.

“Many hotels and restaurants offer a conventional takeaway service,” said Michel Cottray, General Manager of Steigenberger Wiltcher’s. “But, especially given the nature of the present times, we are looking to go one step further by delivering the idea of a private restaurant directly to hotel rooms. We are delighted to have secured the services of the highly talented Kevin Lejeune for the purpose of realising this project. We will certainly be excited to see whether we will succeed in creating a fresh culinary experience in Brussels by including a real Michelin star atmosphere complete with a personal maître d’hôtel service and an outstanding drinks menu.”

Guests in the “private room restaurants” at Steigenberger Wiltcher’s will be able to enjoy the new gourmet menu from early March onwards. The hotel’s comprehensive hygiene concept guarantees that guests will feel both safe and secure when taking advantage of this offer.
