(PRESS RELEASE) PARIS, 2025-Jun-9 — /Travel PR News/ — Sofitel, Accor’s flagship French luxury brand, has unveiled a bold new chapter in hospitality elegance with the launch of its new Vestiaire — a refined wardrobe collection created in collaboration with esteemed French designer Cordelia de Castellane. Set to roll out across Sofitel’s global portfolio in 2026, this 45-piece collection embodies the brand’s Parisian spirit, offering elevated, contemporary style tailored for every role and destination within the brand’s 120+ hotels.

The new Vestiaire marks a turning point in the ongoing renaissance of Sofitel, reinforcing its identity as the embodiment of French sophistication while celebrating the people who bring its service culture to life — the 25,000 hotel employees worldwide. Designed as a tribute to these ambassadors of French hospitality, the collection replaces traditional uniform rigidity with expressive silhouettes, refined details, and wearable elegance.

Under Cordelia de Castellane’s artistic direction, each piece in the collection blends timeless tailoring with modern flexibility, using noble fabrics suited for a variety of climates and property styles — from urban landmarks to tropical resorts. Modular and evolving, the wardrobe reflects Sofitel’s blend of French chic and local relevance, ensuring employees look and feel exceptional in their day-to-day roles.

“At Sofitel, this Vestiaire is more than just clothing — it’s a declaration of values,” said Maud Bailly, CEO of Sofitel Legend, Sofitel, MGallery, and Emblems. “This collection honours our teams and their pride in representing the brand. Through this creative partnership with Cordelia, we bring together two visions of luxury rooted in craftsmanship, creativity, and emotional connection.”

Cordelia de Castellane’s designs are inspired by Parisian elegance and the memory of her own childhood experiences with Sofitel. “Sofitel represents a way of life — a natural, confident elegance with an open, worldly soul. I wanted this wardrobe to be expressive, functional, and beautiful — garments that adapt to movement, inspire confidence, and reflect the spirit of hospitality,” she shared.

Beyond style, sustainability lies at the heart of the new wardrobe initiative. Developed in partnership with Paris Good Fashion, the project prioritizes environmental and ethical standards at every stage — from sustainable material sourcing to repairability and recyclability. The collection’s longevity and comfort have been validated through extensive testing in pilot hotels across multiple countries.

Visually, the Vestiaire features exclusive prints incorporating the Sofitel Cultural Link logo, subtly transformed into a refined monogram — a visual celebration of cultural connection and brand identity.

With 32 new Sofitel openings planned globally over the next three years, this fashion-forward initiative will accompany the brand’s continued growth. As Sofitel’s hotels continue to blend the art of French living with rich local cultures, the new Vestiaire will further enhance the guest and employee experience with grace, pride, and Parisian flair.
