Positioned along Charlotte Harbor, the resort is the largest of its kind in Southwest Florida, featuring 785 rooms, 189 expansive Sunsuites™, and more than a dozen dining venues.

Hilton continues to strengthen its global luxury and lifestyle portfolio with the announcement of Waldorf Astoria Helsinki, Finland’s first Waldorf Astoria, set to open later this year following the rebrand of The Hotel Maria. Signed under a management agreement with M&L Group, the 116-room property in Helsinki’s historic Kruununhaka district will feature signature restaurants, a sophisticated bar, fitness facilities, and a Nordic wellness spa with a traditional sauna. Patrick Fitzgibbon, Hilton’s Senior Vice President of Development for EMEA, underscored the strategic significance of the Nordic expansion, while M&L Group’s Jocelyn Kum pointed to the growing demand for premium travel experiences in the region.
