PATA and MGM Launch Sustainable MICE Training Programme to Strengthen Macao’s Event Industry

The programme, titled “Macao MICE Forward: Innovate, Sustain, Excel – Smart Solutions Training for Sustainable MICE,” will run from September 24-26, 2024. It aims to equip local MICE professionals with the skills needed to navigate an evolving industry, with a focus on sustainability, digital integration, and innovation.

The training will cover essential topics such as marketing strategies, AI and technology use in event management, and sustainable operational practices. Industry experts, including PATA CEO Noor Ahmad Hamid and leading consultants, will deliver presentations and workshops to help participants adapt to the changing landscape of MICE tourism.
