Introducing new seasonal dishes and flavours at Boston’s favourite restaurant
Boston, U.S.A. – 2012-10-15 — /travelprnews.com/ — On October 23, 2012, The Bristol Lounge at Four Seasons Hotel Boston will unveil new Lunch and Dinner menus featuring fresh and heartwarming fall flavours that guests and Bostonians will crave.
“We’ve combined our unique interpretation of comfort-driven favourites with the best local, seasonal ingredients for a memorable result,” says Executive Chef Brooke Vosika. “Many of these new dishes also happen to by my personal favourites: Cuban sandwich, venison, beef stew, paella and hand-rolled pastas – each dish is more delicious than the next.”
Among the exciting offerings on The Bristol Lounge’s Fall Lunch and Dinner menus are the following:
Lunch:
- Creamless Thai pumpkin bisque: coconut milk, lemongrass
- Talbot Farms curly spinach and endive salad: New England pink lady apples, petite beets, smoked candied walnuts, celery root, cider vinaigrette
- Cuban sandwich: smoked ham, pickles, melted cheese, spiced potato chips
- Lobster sandwich: Maine lobster, avocado, lettuce, vine ripe tomatoes, sweet potato fries
- Potato and mascarpone gnocchi: roasted Wilson Farms butternut squash, toasted pine nuts, purple sage, brown butter
Dinner:
- IPA wagyu beef stew: roasted Kimball Farms vegetables, rosemary biscuits
- Pan-seared local diver scallop paella: Spanish saffron rice, clams, mussels
- Veal paillard: watercress, oyster mushrooms, marsala jus
- Chestnut tagliatelle: littleneck clams, garlic, oregano, white wine
- Venison: cranberry orange stuffing, brussels sprouts, sage
