The new lifestyle hotel, slated for Leman Street, will place guests a short stroll from Liverpool Street Station, the City’s financial hub, and within easy reach of the creative East End and iconic sights like Tower Bridge and the Tower of London.
Under the agreement, PPHE will acquire a mixed-use development parcel currently occupied by two aging office buildings, which will be razed to make way for the stylish Radisson RED. The project will deliver at least 182 rooms alongside a restaurant, bar, gym, and office spaces. Targeting a 2029 opening, the scheme aims for BREEAM ‘Excellent’ accreditation, reflecting a strong commitment to sustainability. Radisson RED is celebrated for its vibrant design aesthetic and innovative upscale select-service model that combines operational agility with real estate value creation.
