(PRESS RELEASE) DUBAI, 2025-May-26 — /Travel PR News/ — Minor Hotels, a global leader in hotel ownership, operations, and investment, has signed a strategic hotel management agreement with Seven Tides for a prominent beachfront property on Palm West Beach, Dubai. This agreement will bring a new resort and serviced residences—currently operating as Dukes The Palm, a Royal Hideaway Hotel—under Minor Hotels’ management, effective from 1st August 2025. This move significantly strengthens the group’s footprint in the UAE and solidifies its position as the largest operator on the Trunk of Palm Jumeirah.
The property, which includes 273 hotel keys and 287 serviced apartments, occupies a prime beachfront location adjacent to NH Collection Dubai The Palm, which was launched in February 2023. With this new addition, Minor Hotels’ total key count on Palm Jumeirah will increase to 1,524 across three properties, including Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort and NH Collection Dubai The Palm. The group’s expanded presence on Palm Jumeirah is a clear reflection of its long-term commitment to the region and its strategic growth plans in the UAE.
Situated on the vibrant Palm West Beach, one of Dubai’s most desirable lifestyle destinations, the property offers guests direct access to a bustling beachfront promenade with upscale restaurants, beach clubs, and entertainment venues. The location also benefits from easy access to Dubai’s major attractions, with a convenient 30-minute drive to Dubai International Airport, making it an ideal choice for both leisure and business travelers.
The resort’s offerings include a variety of room and suite options, along with 287 serviced apartments in studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom configurations. Guests can indulge in six dining venues, ranging from a specialty restaurant to a pool bar, as well as enjoy a private beach, infinity pool, lazy river, and extensive wellness and family-friendly facilities.
In addition to this exciting partnership, Minor Hotels will also carry out a soft refurbishment of the guest rooms and public spaces, preparing the property for rebranding later in 2025. This move reflects the group’s commitment to enhancing the guest experience while ensuring the property’s continued market relevance.
“This expanded collaboration with Seven Tides represents a strategic alignment of values and vision,” said Dillip Rajakarier, CEO of Minor Hotels. “Palm Jumeirah is one of the most dynamic hospitality markets globally, and securing a dominant presence on West Beach allows us to deliver elevated guest experiences in a location that embodies the energy and ambition of Dubai.”
Amir Golbarg, Senior Vice President of Minor Hotels Middle East & Africa, added, “This partnership strengthens our long-term vision for growth in high-demand urban resort destinations. It also solidifies our successful relationship with Seven Tides, allowing us to enhance the appeal of Palm West Beach and elevate the guest experience for visitors.”
Abdulla bin Sulayem, CEO of Seven Tides, expressed, “Minor Hotels has a proven track record of managing our existing asset, the neighbouring NH Collection Dubai The Palm, and this agreement will bring additional synergy between the two properties. Their expertise in delivering exceptional guest experiences makes them the ideal partner to manage this new property. We are excited to continue our collaboration and contribute to Palm West Beach becoming one of Dubai’s premier hospitality destinations.”
With this new addition, Minor Hotels further solidifies its dynamic expansion strategy in the UAE, where it currently operates 17 properties under five brands. The group remains focused on identifying strategic opportunities in key global destinations, utilizing strong partnerships and deep local market knowledge to drive sustainable growth.
