(PRESS RELEASE) FUJAIRAH, UAE, 2025-Apr-24 — /Travel PR News/ — Minor Hotels has unveiled plans to debut its lifestyle-driven Avani+ brand in the emirate of Fujairah, United Arab Emirates, with the signing of the Avani+ Fujairah Resort—a new-build luxury destination set along the picturesque Gulf of Oman. Slated to open in 2028, the property marks Avani’s first resort in the UAE and represents a major milestone in Minor Hotels’ strategic regional expansion.
Developed in partnership with long-time collaborator Al Fahim Group, the project builds on the success of Avani+ Palm View Dubai Hotel & Suites, further reinforcing Minor Hotels’ growing presence in key UAE leisure destinations. The project is managed through Emirates Property Investment Company (EPICO), the hospitality investment division of Al Fahim Group.
The Avani+ Fujairah Resort will feature 232 contemporary guest rooms and 16 spacious villas, some offering private pools and direct lagoon access—an exclusive offering within the Fujairah hospitality landscape. The resort has been thoughtfully designed to appeal to both families and couples seeking a sophisticated seaside retreat.
