Each occasion will be privately serviced by Mandarin Oriental, San Francisco’s expert wedding team.
The Proposal Package
Guests can propose 40 stories above the city and enjoy an intimate setting for two. Rates for The Proposal package start at USD888 and include:
- Usage of the 40th floor sky deck for an hour at sunset
- Choice of setup including a fresh bouquet of red roses
- Serviced by a team of in-house wedding professionals
- Bottle of champagne, photographer, live music, three-hour limousine tour of the city, a couples massage at The Spa at Mandarin Oriental, San Francisco, or an overnight stay in a luxurious suite can be arranged at an additional cost
Package must be booked 72 hours in advance and is subject to terms and conditions.
The Wedding Package
Guests can proclaim their love on the 40th floor sky deck as nuptials are shared with friends and family. The wedding party will enjoy a cocktail hour followed by a reception in the elegant Embassy or California function rooms where guests can delight in a personalized menu designed by Executive Chef Adam Mali and his sommelier team. The wedding couple and their guests will dance the night away while Mandarin Oriental, San Francisco’s dedicated colleagues will take care of all the details.
Wedding Packages booked at USD10,000 in catering and event space for a maximum of 130 guests will receive a complimentary night in the signature 1,200 square foot Taipan Suite valued at USD5,400. Wedded couples will receive a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered fresh strawberries delivered to the suite, and enjoy a late checkout of 2 p.m. the following day.
The complimentary night is valid on the wedding night only, based on availability at the time of booking, and blackout dates apply. Check in time for the suite is 3 p.m. and checkout is no later than 2 p.m. the following day. The Wedding package offer is valid for weddings taking place between now and March 31, 2014 only. The contracted minimum of USD10,000 does not include tax or service charge. Alternative suite types will be provided should the suite not be available.
