The Knott’s Hotel Thanksgiving dinner at Amber Waves is available on Thursday, November 27 from 11:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. Highlights include your choice of butternut squash soup with sage and pumpkin seeds or a crisp garden green salad. A succulent oven roasted carved turkey with roasted gravy or spiral honey glazed carved ham with boysenberry butter glaze. The dinner includes your choice of two of the following freshly made side dishes: creamy mashed potatoes, roasted sweet potatoes, pan roasted root vegetables, or garlic and almandine green beans. Meal prices are $18.95 adults, $15.95 seniors (60+) and $8.95 kids (3-11); not including beverage, tax and gratuity. Children under three eat for free. Leave the cooking to us! Knott’s Thanksgiving Take Home Dinner, serving between 6 – 8 people, includes your choice of a 12 – 14 lb. whole-roasted turkey or an 8 – 10 lb. honey glazed ham. Fixings include: mashed potatoes with turkey gravy, buttered whole kernel corn, country apple stuffing, cranberry sauce, candied yams, one dozen farm baked dinner rolls, bread and butter pickles, butter and boysenberry preserves, and pumpkin or boysenberry pie. $119.99 price excludes beverages, tax and gratuity.
