Amstelveen, 2015-6-29 — /Travel PR News/ — KLM won four awards at the Cannes Lions Award Show with our #HappytoHelp Campaign. It’s the world’s biggest annual awards show and festival and viewed as one of the most prestigious advertising prizes.
In October 2014 from a special glass pavilion at Schiphol Plaza in Amsterdam Airport the #HappytoHelp customer service team spent five days assisting travellers at airports worldwide and via social media. Service at the pavilion was available 24 hours a day, as is the case for all KLM customer service, and demonstrated the extraordinary lengths the airline goes to for all air travellers.
