(IN SHORT) The JAL Group has revealed updates to its International Flight Plans for the FY2024 Summer Schedule, including the resumption of the Nagoya (Chubu)-Shanghai (Pudong) route after a hiatus of approximately four years, with five flights per week starting from March 31, 2024. Additionally, in response to growing demand from visitors to Japan, flights on the Narita-Taipei (Taoyuan) route will double from seven to 14 flights per week, while the Kansai-Taipei (Taoyuan) route will operate four flights per week from May 1 to May 31, 2024. These adjustments aim to better serve customers while fostering social and economic value through enhanced travel connections.

【Key Highlights】
1. The Nagoya (Chubu)-Shanghai (Pudong) route will resume operations with a frequency of 5 flights per week, for the first time in approximately 4 years starting from March 31, 2024.
2. In order to meet the demand of visitors to Japan, the following flight will be operated on seasonal basis
from May 1 to May 31, 2024; – Number of flights on the Narita-Taipei (Taoyuan) route will be increased from 7 flights per week to 14 flights per week. – The Kansai-Taipei (Taoyuan) route will operate with 4 flights per week.
