Three new swoon-worthy burger flavours make for Wednesday night perfection.

2013-03-01 — /travelprnews.com/ — Each Wednesday night, The Bristol Lounge at Four Seasons Hotel Boston hosts the hottest event in town for burger and wine lovers:Burgers & Burgundy. This popular event pairs the guest’s selection of one of four burger flavours with two tastings of Burgundian style wines for just USD 35.00 per person.

Executive Chef Brooke Vosika, Boston’s best burger champion, has introduced three new burger flavours, which will make their debut on Wednesday, March 6, 2013. Each flavour, along with Chef’s classic Bristol Burger, is guaranteed to dazzle guests’ taste buds:

  • The North End: Grilled chicken, roasted peppers, goat cheese, basil aioli
  • The Banh Mi: Heritage brisket of beef, coriander, pickled carrots, cucumber, green chili mayonnaise
  • The Buffalo: Buffalo style with caramelized onions, blue cheese, celery slaw
  • The Original: The #1 award-winning Bristol Burger, with aged Vermont cheddar, house made pickles, brioche bun, truffle fries

What inspired these new flavours? “We want to make sure our guests are always experiencing something new, and these flavours are sure to knock their socks off. They’re adventurous but also wonderfully tasty – the perfect combination,” says Chef Vosika.
