Landmark signing of voco Bandung Setiabudi with long-term partner PT Sun Land Investama and new partner Nova Chandra
(IN SHORT) IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed an agreement to introduce its voco brand to Bandung, Indonesia, in partnership with PT Sun Land Investama and Nova Chandra. The 162-room voco Bandung Setiabudi is set to open in 2025 along a popular shopping street. The hotel will offer a warm, unstuffy atmosphere with key amenities like three dining outlets, nine meeting rooms, a Health Club, Kids Club, and a Business Centre. This addition marks IHG’s fifth hotel in Bandung and is part of the brand’s global expansion, with plans to grow its voco portfolio to over 150 hotels.

The new 162-room property, voco Bandung Setiabudi, is set to open in 2025 along Jalan Dr. Setiabudi, a popular shopping street close to natural attractions, marking a significant addition to the city’s hospitality scene.
voco Bandung Setiabudi will be part of IHG’s fast-expanding premium brand, voco, known for its unique combination of approachable luxury and a lively, unstuffy atmosphere. The property will embrace the brand’s three key hallmarks – ‘come on in’, ‘me time’, and ‘voco life’ – providing guests with a warm, welcoming experience. This addition is part of IHG’s ambitious plan to expand the voco brand globally, with 80 hotels currently in the pipeline, set to double its portfolio to over 150 hotels in the near future.

The voco Bandung Setiabudi will feature a range of facilities for both leisure and business travelers, including three dining outlets, nine meeting rooms offering over 1,000 square meters of meeting space, a Health Club, Kids Club, and a Business Centre.
