HOST HOTELS AND RESORTS DONATES $10,000 TO AH&LEF ANNUAL GIVING CAMPAIGN

2012-12-11 — /travelprnews.com/ — Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc., (NYSE: HST) (Host) contributed $10,000 to the AH&LEF 2012 Annual Giving Campaign, which supports key research and workforce development initiatives for the hospitality industry.  This is Host’s first donation at the Leadership Gift level.  Host has made an annual donation of $5,000 to AH&LEF for the previous six years.

The Annual Giving Campaign is the Foundation’s key yearly fundraiser that supports its core missions, including providing scholarships to hospitality management students, funding important research in areas such as room tax, energy management, and ADA requirements, as well as promoting hospitality as a career of choice and workforce development initiatives.
