MCLEAN, Va., 2018-Aug-07 — /Travel PR News/ — Hilton Honors, the guest loyalty program for Hilton’s 14 world-class brands, was once again recognized this week by U.S. News & World Report in its 2018-2019 rankings among the best hotel rewards programs.
Since 2013, the outlet has released its annual rankings highlighting the most prominent hotel loyalty programs based on factors such as member benefits, the average number of paid nights required to earn a free stay and, and the ease of earning and using rewards.
Hilton Honors received 5/5 stars in the rankings for property diversity and geographic coverage, and 4.5/5 stars for additional benefits (the ability to exchange Honors Points for miles or convert miles into Honors Points at no extra cost with airline and rail partners).
“The Hilton Honors program is most advantageous for business and luxury travelers who frequently fly to and stay in major cities in the United States, Europe and Asia,” the report states. “Hilton Honors members can redeem points at more than 5,400 hotels and resorts across 14 different brands in more than 106 countries and territories.”
When it comes to additional program benefits, the report highlights the ways Points can also be cashed in on the Experiences Platform for things such as tickets to concerts and sporting events, gift cards, cruise certificates and Amazon purchases. Additionally, members can earn points for everyday purchases with the Hilton Honors credit cards from American Express.
Hilton Honors is no stranger to high-grade hotel and travel rankings. In 2017, the program ranked in the top three in J.D. Power’s Loyalty Program Satisfaction Study.
