(NEWS) DÜSSELDORF, Germany, 2025-Aug-7 — /Travel PR News/ — Germany’s leading leisure carrier, Eurowings, is significantly boosting its Middle Eastern network in its upcoming 2025/26 winter timetable, unveiling a host of new direct routes and increased frequencies. From 13 December, Düsseldorf will for the first time enjoy three weekly non-stop services to Dubai World Central (DWC) aboard Airbus A320neo aircraft, departing Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays in the early morning hours and returning each evening. This expansion brings the total number of German airports served by Eurowings to five, with Berlin, Cologne/Bonn, Stuttgart and Hanover already in the mix, and pushes the airline’s weekly Dubai flights to a record 28.
Meanwhile, Stuttgart will see new twice-weekly connections to Amman from 27 October, with early-morning departures every Monday and Thursday, opening direct access to Jordan’s capital at fares starting from €99.99 one-way in the Basic fare. Eurowings’ winter schedule also caters to passengers visiting family and friends: weekly services to Erbil kick off from Nuremberg on 4 November (Tuesdays) and from Cologne/Bonn on Wednesdays, while Beirut becomes reachable non-stop from Hanover (from 6 November), Salzburg (28 October) and Prague (7 November) at fares from €99.99.
Across its German hubs, the airline is further enhancing medium-haul connectivity: Berlin gains three weekly flights to Abu Dhabi and boosts its Dubai link to eleven weekly rotations; Düsseldorf introduces its Dubai service; Cologne ups its Dubai frequency to four per week alongside thrice-weekly Jeddah flights; Hanover adds three Dubai rotations; and Stuttgart supplements its existing Jeddah service with twice-weekly flights to both Amman and Jeddah, plus daily Dubai flights replacing the current four-weekly schedule. Eurowings CEO Jens Bischof highlighted that Gulf routes remain “the most popular and successful” in the winter programme, emphasizing the carrier’s commitment to convenient daytime departures and competitive pricing.
Alongside its new Düsseldorf–Dubai service, Eurowings will also inaugurate weekly Saturday flights between Berlin and Kittilä Airport in Finnish Lapland from 31 January until 21 March 2026—adding to its existing connections to Ivalo, Rovaniemi and Kuusamo amid rising interest from German travelers.
