Events and special cocktails benefit Pediatric Brain Tumor Research Fund and Susan G. Komen of Puget Sound

From Childhood Cancer Awareness Month in September to Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October, the staff invites guests to be part of special upcoming events and promotions.
On Sunday, September 28, 2014, Four Seasons Hotel Seattle co-hosts the sixth annual Run of Hope Seattle, in conjunction with Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. A 5K run and 3K walk, the Run of Hope has raised more than USD 1.4 million for the Pediatric Brain Tumour Research Fund (PBTRF) since 2008. One hundred percent of the proceeds benefit cancer research for Seattle Children’s Hospital.

Can’t make the race? For the month of September, purchase an Oxygen Facial for USD 250.00 at The Spa and ten percent of proceeds will benefit the Run of Hope Seattle.
This October Four Seasons hotels and resorts honour Breast Cancer Awareness Month with the Celebrate the Pink Lady campaign. Help the team atFour Seasons Hotel Seattle support the local nonprofit, Susan G. Komen of Puget Sound. Starting October 1, 2014 visit ART Lounge and raise a glass for the cure all month long. Featuring Big Gin from Seattle, the Lusty Pink Lady cocktail is inspired by Seattle’s iconic Lusty Lady. For every USD 12.00 cocktail sold, ART will donate USD 2.00.
Lastly, on October 23, 2014, Four Seasons Hotel Seattle is sponsoring Get Hitched, Give Hope, a wedding event where brides and grooms-to-be can purchase wedding goods and services while giving back. The funds raised benefit terminally ill patients by granting wishes through The Dream Foundation, along with The Young Survival Coalition Seattle, which provides education and support to women with breast cancer.
