Moscow, Russia, 2019-Mar-12 — /Travel PR News/ — In February Quadrum restaurant launched a series of eno-gastronomic dinners with organic wines that take place once a month and are dedicated to organic wines from one country: Spain, Italy and Austria. On March 14, 2019, Four Seasons Hotel Moscow invites its guests to a set dinner in combination with organic wines from Spain.
“A year ago our team designed a card of organic and biodynamic wines and offered it to our guests along with our traditional wine menu. After seeing our guests being interested in the organic wine trend and asking for more options, we decided to develop this idea and turn it into a concept of dinners where we offer a perfect combination of wine and food,” says Assistant Restaurant Manager Vladimir Tkachuk.
“In March we will introduce our guests to natural and biodynamic wines from Spain that are becoming more and more popular because of the unique style,” says Chef Sommelier Galina Omelianovich. “Even though Spain is often associated with red wines, we want to show it from another angle and offer wine lovers the variety of white wines: from cava crafted by the oldest winemakers in Penedès to exceptional rueda made by ambitious young masters. We worked on the menus together with Chef to find perfect mixtures of flavours that would highlight each other.”
Dinner on March 14, 2019 will start at 7:00 pm and will cost RUB 4 900, including wine pairing.
Wine dinners schedule is as follows:

- April 4 — wines from Italy
- May 23 — wines from Austria
