The summer schedule will run until 30 September and includes destinations like Batumi, Bodrum, and Santorini. To accommodate Eid Al Adha travel, flydubai’s schedule begins early in June, with the airline’s expanding fleet serving these routes. The airline also reports a 20% increase in Business Class passengers and anticipates further growth throughout the summer.
(PRESS RELEASE) DUBAI, 2025-Apr-28 — /Travel PR News/ — flydubai, the Dubai-based airline, is set to commence its seasonal summer operations with 11 exciting destinations starting on 04 June 2025. This expansion includes the introduction of two new routes, to Al Alamein in Egypt and Antalya in Türkiye, offering travellers even more holiday options for the summer season.
Flights to Antalya International Airport (AYT) will begin on 05 June, while flights to Al Alamein International Airport (DBB) will launch on 21 June. These new routes will offer daily flights from Dubai International Airport (DXB) to both destinations, providing passengers with convenient travel options to the stunning Turkish Riviera and the beautiful North Coast of Egypt.
Dubrovnik
The 11 seasonal routes also include popular destinations such as Batumi, Bodrum, Corfu, Dubrovnik, Mykonos, Olbia, Santorini, Tivat, and Trabzon, all set to operate throughout the summer months. To accommodate the busy Eid Al Adha travel period, flydubai’s summer schedule will start earlier this year, providing flexibility for those looking to travel in the peak holiday season.
flydubai’s growing network will be served by the airline’s young fleet, including retrofitted aircraft and the latest Boeing 737 MAX 8 planes, which entered service in April 2025. The airline is poised to meet the increasing demand for seasonal destinations while ensuring efficient and reliable service.

flydubai also continues to experience strong demand for its Business Class offering, with a 20% increase in Business Class passengers in Q1 2025 compared to the same period last year. The airline expects this growth to continue throughout the summer, further bolstered by the introduction of a new Business Class check-in area and an exclusive Business Class Lounge at Dubai International’s Terminal 2.
Al Alamein
With the launch of flights to Antalya, flydubai expands its network in Türkiye, now serving six destinations including Ankara, Bodrum, Istanbul (IST & SAW), Trabzon, and Antalya. The addition of Al Alamein marks flydubai as the first UAE carrier to offer direct daily flights to this exciting new leisure destination on Egypt’s North Coast.
