This service offers a seamless and luxurious door-to-door experience to and from Soekarno-Hatta International Airport (CGK). Emirates’ premium customers can enjoy complimentary chauffeur-driven pick-up and drop-off services within an 80-kilometer radius of the airport, with additional charges for extra mileage. Passengers will be transported in comfortable and luxurious vehicles, primarily Mercedes E class cars, and Mercedes V class vans when available. CDS staff will assist passengers at the airport, making the journey even more convenient. Emirates’ First and Business Class customers can now avail themselves of the complimentary Chauffeur-drive pick-up service for both departures and arrivals within an 80-kilometer radius of the airport. For additional mileage, excess fees will apply.*

Similarly, for departures, passengers will be dropped at Gate 2, allowing them to conveniently proceed to the Emirates check-in counters at C Island.
