(PRESS RELEASE) MELBOURNE, 2025-Apr-29 — /Travel PR News/ —  dnata and Jetstar have agreed to extend their successful partnership for an additional four years, expanding the scope of their contract to include Jetstar Asia operations based in Singapore. The extended agreement will see dnata continue providing high-quality retail products across Jetstar’s extensive Asia Pacific network, including Jetstar Airways in Australia and New Zealand, Jetstar Asia, and Jetstar Japan.

As part of the agreement, dnata and Jetstar will collaborate to offer a variety of pre-order and buy-on-board options for millions of customers each year, ensuring that passengers enjoy an enhanced in-flight experience across the region.

dnata has also made significant investments in infrastructure to support future growth in Australia. This includes an AUS$ 17 million inflight catering centre at the new Western Sydney International (Nancy-Bird Walton) Airport (WSI), which will be capable of producing three million high-quality meals annually.

Additionally, dnata has partnered with Melbourne Airport to expand its existing facility, increasing its annual production capacity to over 25 million meals. This AUS$ 50 million investment will enhance dnata’s ability to meet the evolving needs of its customer base, providing innovative catering and retail solutions.

The company employs over 4,000 hospitality professionals and, in the 2023-24 financial year, dnata Catering & Retail Australia supplied over 50 million meals across more than 300,000 flights in Australia.
