Pelagos
Whipping up a storm of Michelin-starred creativity, Pelagos restaurant (Greek for “ocean”) sees the return of its Friends of Pelagos series. On March 26 and 27, 2024, guests can enjoy the artistry of French chef Emmanuel Renaut and Chef de Cuisine George Dospras from Lauda restaurant in Andronis Boutique Hotel, Santorini.
Bringing the skills that have earned him three Michelin-stars and a Meilleur Ouvrier de France (Best Craftsman of France) to Athens for the first time, Emmanuel Renault and the talented George Dospras are delighted to partner with Pelagos’ Michelin-starred Chef Luca Piscazzzi and his team to showcase sensorial Mediterranean flair in a special co-created menu.
At EUR 170 per person, the menu is a thrilling call-and-response between the culinary artists. Lauda expresses the idyllic Aegean-island landscape of Santorini in dishes such as lamb with eggplant tart and tarragon; and lobster with gnocchi, vegetables and kakavia. Pelagos playfully answers from the glittering Athens Riviera with flavourful spinialo with cold calamarata pasta and bell pepper; and turbot with cavolo nero, lovage, cinnamon, and mukrat lime.
