Concur Managing Director Australia Matthew Goss appointed GBTA Australia & New Zealand Advisory Board

Sydney, Australia, 2013-07-24 — / — The Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) — the voice of the global business travel industry — today announced a new appointment to the GBTA AUS/NZ Advisory Board.

Matthew Goss, Managing Director Australia, joined Concur in 2002 where he has held a number of senior management positions including that of Regional Vice President, Client Services where he was responsible for Concur’s Consulting and Product services in Asia Pacific.  Prior to joining Concur, Mr Goss held senior consulting positions with Captura Asia Pacific and Acumen Alliance.

Chris Telfer, Advisory Board Chair and Senior Contract Manager at the Australian Federal Police said, “It is with great pleasure that GBTA AUS/NZ announces the appointment of Matthew Goss from Concur Australia as a Board member.  Matt brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in respect of technology and product services, which will greatly enhance a broader skills set across the current board incumbents. We look forward to working with Matt.”

The appointment of Mr Goss forms part of the increased activity and development of GBTA in the region. He will join Ms Telfer and fellow board members to advise GBTA on its delivery of advocacy, membership, education and training, and research. In 12 months, GBTA AUS/NZ has increased events four-fold and continues to ensure the high quality delivery of education and professional development to the business travel community.
