Having an elegant Christmas décor, Aqua restaurant welcomes its guests on Monday, December 24, 2012 with a six-course Christmas Eve menu including a welcome drink. Starting with the welcome snacks, the menu continues with crab cocktail with green apple, which is served just before beef cannellone with lemon and porcini. The signature dish is not easy to choose from as the menu offers three alternatives: sea bass, roasted lamb shank or traditional turkey. Petal de metingue, chestnut cream and mandarin jelly makes a merry finale, especially for those with a sweet tooth.
Aqua serves a four-course Christmas Day menu on Tuesday, December 25 and greets its guests with pumpkin cream served with prawns, orange and vanilla. The main course has again three tasty alternatives. Guests need to make their choice between black cod with chickpea, braised veal cheek with eggplant purée or traditional turkey.
