The latest flight information is available on the airline’s website, www.cathaypacific.com.

We anticipate disruption and potential air traffic control delay on 9 August (tomorrow) as airlines work to recover their schedules, so passengers are strongly advised to defer non-essential travel and check the latest flight information on the airline’s website before going to the airport. To ensure passengers receive the latest flight status updates via SMS or e-mail, they are advised to update contact details in “Manage My Booking” at the airline’s website.

The airline will waive re-booking and re-routing charges for all tickets issued worldwide (irrespective of fare type) on or before 7 August for travel on Cathay Pacific to, from or via Shanghai between 7 and 10 August.

Cathay Pacific will issue further updates once more information becomes available. The airline regrets any inconvenience this may cause and thanks passengers for their understanding.
