(IN SHORT) Bristol Airport has commenced a two-stage tendering process to select a Managed Service Provider for IT Support Services. The chosen supplier will be responsible for offering a range of support services, including helpdesk support, infrastructure support (both remote and onsite), 24/7 security and network monitoring, penetration testing, phishing services, cyber assurance services, and additional project support. Expressions of interest and Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) are invited from potential partners through the airport’s e-tendering system, In-Tend, until February 13, 2024. Successful organizations at the PQQ stage will proceed to the tendering phase, with the contract expected to start on November 1, 2024, for an initial term of 3 years, extendable up to 5 years.

The Supplier shall be responsible for providing a mix of reactive and proactive support services in include but not limited to:
- Helpdesk support
- Infrastructure support (remote and onsite)
- Security and network monitoring and response (24/7)
- Penetration testing
- Phishing services
- Cyber assurance services
- Additional project support
Bristol Airport is inviting expressions of interests from potential partners to take part in a two-stage tendering process for the provision of the above services at the Airport.
The procurement will run to the following timetable with suitable suppliers being able to express an interest and submit a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) through its e-tendering system In-Tend by Tuesday 13th Feb 2024.
Successful organisations at the Pre-Qualification (PQQ) stage will be invited to tender.
The anticipated timescales for this procurement are as follows:
Expressions of interest/PQQs Deadline – 13th Feb 2024
PQQ Shortlisted – 26th Feb 2024
Invitation to Tenders issued to Shortlist – 27th Feb 2024
Tender Deadline – 19th Apr 2024
Evaluation Period (including interviews if required) – 19th Apr 2024 to 23rd May 2024
Intention to Award – Mid June 2024
Award – August 2024
Contract Start – 1st Nov 2024
Contract Term – 3 years with the option to extend up to a further 2 years to a maximum of 5 years
