Chicago, U.S.A. 2012-08-14 — /travelprnews.com/ — All-You-Can-Eat Fried Chicken returns this September toFour Seasons Hotel Chicago in the new Allium restaurant.
Executive Chef Kevin Hickey brings back the popular lunch and dinner all-you-can-eat fried chicken menu to Allium on Thursdays in celebration of National Chicken Month.
Drawing from his experience at Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta, Hickey shares big taste of the South with a menu sourced from Midwest producers such as Nichols, Gunthorp and Seedling farms.
Guests start with a wedge salad with candied pecans and Tomme de Nena cheese from Kenny’s Farmhouse in Kentucky, followed by a basket of all-you-can-eat buttermilk-fried chicken, sweet corn on the cob, mashed potatoes, gravy, and biscuits and honey, served family-style. The chicken is all-you-can eat, but guests should be sure to save room for the dessert – Pastry Chef Scott Gerken’s peach pie with blueberry ice cream.
The All-You-Can-Eat Fried Chicken Menu is USD 38.00 per person and is available for lunch and dinner on Thursdays throughout September 2012 in Allium. For reservations, call 312 799 4900 or book online.
