PARIS, 2016-Feb-12 — /Travel PR News/ — On 9 February 2016, Air France was awarded first prize for Customer Relations* in the transport sector at the 12th edition of the Customer Relations BearingPoint – TNS Sofres awards in Paris.
This award recognizes the efforts made by the Company in terms of customer relations. In recent years, Air France has digitized its services and now offers multi-channel availability to meet its customers’ needs 24/7, both in France and abroad.
