Executive Chef Mehmet Gok and his team also prepare delicious choices emphasizing the original rich and local flavours of Turkey, including the world-famous doner (meat kebab). For guests preferring a lighter meal, the salad corner offers delectable and seasonal alternatives from Chef’s herb garden.
