The new ALL Accor app within ChatGPT allows travellers to search and explore Accor’s global hotel portfolio using natural language. Users can specify destinations, travel dates and guest details, view both public and ALL loyalty member rates, and access detailed property information including room categories, amenities and location insights. Once a booking decision is made, users are seamlessly redirected to the ALL Accor booking platform to complete their reservation securely.

Available in more than 20 languages, the ChatGPT-based app can be accessed in all markets where ChatGPT applications are supported. Designed specifically for conversational AI, the experience is distinct from the existing ALL Accor mobile application and has been developed to reflect how travellers increasingly plan trips through dialogue-based digital tools.
