The project underscores the strength of the two companies’ three-decade partnership and Noble’s growing leadership in branded long-term accommodations, a sector experiencing high demand from professionals, relocating families, and mobile travelers.
StudioRes, designed with efficient construction and scalable operations in mind, has quickly gained traction with more than 50 projects already in the pipeline, including half under construction. Building on the recent opening of the brand’s first property in Fort Myers, Florida, Marriott and Noble see the concept as uniquely positioned to meet the needs of a shifting workforce and growing mobility trends, offering stability and performance in a resilient hospitality segment.
Noble Investment Group’s role in extended stay development extends beyond Marriott, as the firm is also partnering with Choice Hotels International to bring nine new WoodSpring Suites properties to Georgia and South Carolina over the next two years, reinforcing the economy extended stay brand’s leadership. Choice Hotels, which has been franchising in this segment since its infancy, continues to strengthen its portfolio with more than 480 extended stay hotels open and over 400 in the pipeline across brands including WoodSpring Suites, Suburban Studios, MainStay Suites, and Everhome Suites. The latter is currently expanding in the Northeast through a partnership with Highside Companies, with new Everhome Suites hotels set to open in Portsmouth, Rochester, and Somerset beginning in 2025, underscoring the rapid and diversified growth of Choice’s extended stay offerings.
