Since its inception in 2022, the 24-month curriculum has married classroom modules with practical placements at AEGEAN’s state-of-the-art Technical Base. Twenty selected students will progress through the coursework needed to earn their B1.1 Category Aircraft Maintenance License (Part-66). Scholarship recipients benefit from a 50% tuition subsidy, with the top three graduates awarded full, 75%, or 50% tuition coverage respectively, in recognition of outstanding academic achievement.
Upon successful completion and licensure, graduates are fast-tracked into AEGEAN Technics, where they can launch their careers immediately. This seamless transition from training to employment exemplifies AEGEAN’s commitment to both individual career development and the strengthening of Greece’s civil aviation workforce.
