(PRESS RELEASE) HONG KONG, 2025-May-19 — /Travel PR News/ — Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, in partnership with LANDMARK, is excited to announce the upcoming launch of a new dining venture, Terrace Boulud, set to open in January 2026. This collaboration brings renowned French chef Daniel Boulud’s celebrated culinary creations to Hong Kong for the first time. The restaurant, located on the 25th floor of LANDMARK PRINCE’S in the heart of Central Hong Kong, features a spacious rooftop terrace with breathtaking views of the city’s skyline and harbour. The space is directly connected to Mandarin Oriental via an enclosed walkway, offering a seamless guest experience.

As part of the hotel’s ongoing culinary legacy, Terrace Boulud marks Chef Boulud’s first restaurant in Asia and the first dining venture beyond Mandarin Oriental’s flagship hotel, which has been a cornerstone of Hong Kong’s dining scene for over six decades. With nine MICHELIN-starred restaurants, the Mandarin Oriental is renowned for delivering exceptional culinary experiences, and this new opening will further solidify its position as a leader in the global food industry.

Chef Daniel Boulud’s dining concept at Terrace Boulud blends classic French cuisine with a touch of Asian influences. Guests will enjoy a rotating seasonal menu inspired by four key culinary themes: La Tradition (French classics), La Saison (seasonal specialties), Le Potager (vegetable garden), and Le Voyage (global flavors). The dining space will offer lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner, complemented by an exclusive cocktail and wine selection on the expansive rooftop terrace.

Designed by Malherbe Paris, the interiors of Terrace Boulud will evoke the elegance of French brasseries and the charm of luxury train travel. The space will be an immersive environment, featuring textural contrasts, curved woodwork, and hand-crafted details that bring together Parisian sophistication and the vibrant energy of Hong Kong.

Construction is scheduled to begin in May 2025, with the restaurant set to open its doors in early 2026.
