At Boston’s best luxury hotel, Four Seasons Hotel Boston, Executive Chef Brooke Vosika and his talented team serve more than 1,600 hungry guests each holiday, which equates to more than 6,000 desserts, 2,500 pounds of turkey, 2,000 pounds of potatoes and 3,000 pounds of chestnuts. Just how do they do it – and stay sane? Hint: it’s a lot easier than it looks.
@FSBoston’s Thanksgiving Twitorial will share Vosika’s tips and recipes – plus advice from all the Hotel’s holiday experts. Assistant Director of Catering Philip Deschamps will dish on table decorating, flowers and special touches to make the day unique. Executive Pastry Chef Tim Fonseca will be the guide to all things dessert. The Concierge will suggest ways to entertain out-of-town guests, and that’s just the start.
