Slated to open in Q4 2025, this 251‑room beachfront retreat will strengthen IHG’s premium presence in the Sultanate.
Nestled within Al Mouj Muscat—a sophisticated waterfront enclave boasting luxury residences, a yacht marina, a championship golf course, and upscale boutiques—the resort will welcome both business and leisure guests. Its central location provides seamless access to Muscat International Airport and key cultural sites, aligning with Oman’s dynamic hospitality growth.
Since its 2018 debut, the voco brand has become IHG’s fastest‑expanding premium line, celebrated for fusing each hotel’s unique character with the reassurance of a global brand. Upon opening, voco Al Mouj Muscat will join over 100 operational voco properties worldwide, with nearly 95 more in the pipeline.

IHG currently operates nine hotels across five brands in Oman—Six Senses, InterContinental, Crowne Plaza, Hotel Indigo, and Holiday Inn—and has three additional properties under development for the next three to five years.
