Relocated helpdesk to further enhance customer service
Brussels, Belgium, 2013-08-22 — /travelprnews.com/ — Travelport, a leading distribution services and e-commerce provider for the global travel industry, today announces the relocation of the Travelport Benelux helpdesk. The helpdesk, which will continue to be manned by leading, global helpdesk provider, Stefanini IT Solutions, will be relocated to the local Travelport office in Brussels to enable the local team to get even closer to customers.
The relocation will enable Travelport to gain a more direct insight into customer needs and strengthened communication between Travelport and its customers.
“Relocating the Benelux helpdesk to our offices will enable us to provide our customers with a more streamlined resolution process,” said Frank Van den Eynde, Country Manager for Travelport Belgium and Luxembourg. “By housing the helpdesk team in the Travelport offices, we will have even closer access to our customers when they are seeking information or resolution of issues, and then work together on these items more closely. The more direct insights we will gain will be extremely valuable and absolutely vital in our ambition to continue to deliver the products and services our customers want.”
