Born and raised in South Africa, Tracey grew up on the scenic Garden Route and has travelled extensively throughout Africa and beyond, with her speciality being safari and wildlife tourism as well as diving holidays.  Tracey has held key positions both in South Africa and the UK, with her roles covering the full tourism supply chain including DMC’s Tour d’Afrique, Akilanga & African Travel Concept to specialist African tour operator, Travel Butlers, to name a few. Her hobbies too are diverse, from rescue diving to teaching swimming – and even growing her own micro greens!

Expanding our team, in line with our portfolio, is essential to ensure we continue to deliver economies of scale and increased ROI for our partners, through our sales cycle, all whilst ensuring our portfolio awareness and trade relationships go from strength to strength” says Ailsa.

In market representation has never been more relevant. Operators, agents and home working teams are continually expanding and changing. Many are time poor and enquiry rich, winning their clients’ business through depth of destination knowledge alongside a swift turnaround from enquiry to quote and finally booking. Our UK & European trade partners value the open access and support from our team, be it through WhatsApp, messenger, social media, webinars or more traditional methods of training visits, email, social catch ups and events.   Hybrid working means, gone are the days of short, condensed office calls per quarter or region. As a team we strive to be more dynamic, ever available and flexible to ensure our trade partners have all they need to sell our properties effectively, honestly & with ease. Tracey is a welcome asset, and we are delighted to have her on board”.
