This significant accomplishment underscores the Group’s strategic expansion in high-growth markets and solidifies its status as one of India’s largest international hotel operators. Currently, the Group operates 128 hotels (comprising 14,209 keys) while 77 additional properties (totaling 8,619 keys) are under development, highlighting the strength of its scalable business model and the high confidence placed in its operations by owners and investors alike.

Radisson Hotel Group’s impressive performance in India is driven by a focused strategy centered on quality hospitality and market diversification that caters to evolving traveler preferences. Over the past 14 months alone, the Group has inked contracts for more than 51 hotels across key leisure and metropolitan markets. The latest five signings include new additions such as Radisson Blu Resort & Spa, Pawna Lake; Radisson Blu Hotel, Lucknow CBD; and Radisson Hotel Rajkot, along with two significant conversions—the St. Marks Hotel in Bangalore CBD (now part of Radisson Individuals) and Temple Tree Hotel Shirdi, also joining the Radisson Individuals portfolio.
