2013-05-06 — /travelprnews.com/ — PRESS, the Las Vegas Strip’s eagerly anticipated indoor/outdoor bar, has opened at Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas. PRESS serves up fun food and drink offerings morning through late night inside or on the chic outdoor patio overlooking the Hotel’s private pool.
When the sun sets on the Las Vegas Strip, the spirited environment at PRESS provides a lively space to connect before or after a show or a night on the town. Guests mingle bar side or on the patio, which features a sleek, neutral colour palette, two gas fire pits and comfortable sofa seating. Additional outdoor design highlights include a trellis system with misters, customized lighting, ceiling fans and heaters.
In addition to draft beer and wines by the glass, a team of experienced mixologists, led by manager Sanjiv Gupta, create hand-crafted speakeasy cocktails. Signature cocktails include the Hibiscus Julep, made with Absolute Hibiskus and fresh mint, and the Watermelon Granita, a refreshing combination of fresh watermelon, prosecco, and Grey Goose Le Citron. Social Hour will take place from 5:00 to 7:00 pm daily while a Night Cap Hour will occur from 10:00 pm to 12:00 am daily.
In addition to the extensive beverage selection, guests can indulge in a tasty array of small plates inspired by seasonal American favourites and highlighted by a signature “20 Plates & 20 Wines” offering. Those seeking sweeter fare will delight in whimsical desserts conceived by Pastry Chef Jean-Luc Daul.
