Nationwide Relocating Employee Survey© Ranks Company Tops in Satisfaction
LOS ANGELES, 2014-7-30 — /Travel PR News/ — Oakwood Worldwide®, the global leader in corporate housing and serviced apartment solutions, is honored to once again receive top distinctions in the 20th annual Nationwide Relocating Employee Survey© conducted by Trippel Survey & Research, LLC. Oakwood Worldwide received the highest performance score based on “overall level of service satisfaction” out of all temporary housing providers surveyed. This is the company’s second consecutive year receiving the highest honor and third consecutive year receiving recognition as a top performer in this survey.

The company achieved an average score of 8.64 out of 10 from respondents evaluating overall satisfaction – well above the average score of 8.43 for the category. The company also received the second highest net satisfaction with a score of 61 percent. In comparison, the average net satisfaction score for all providers included in the survey was 53 percent.
The survey collected data for a six month period ending June 30, 2014, and polled more than 7,000 employees from 122 companies, government and public agencies and non-profit organizations about their satisfaction with service providers used for relocation.
