Minor Hotels and Infinity Developments Partner on New NH Collection Resort Project in Zanzibar Archipelago

The project will be carried out in partnership with Infinity Developments, the same development company behind the Anantara Zanzibar Resort & Residences currently under construction. The resort is scheduled to open in February 2030 and will introduce the NH Collection brand to the Zanzibar archipelago for the first time.
The new property will be located on Pemba Island, within easy reach of Pemba Airport and with convenient connections to Zanzibar and Dar es Salaam. While offering improved accessibility, the resort is intended to preserve the island’s exclusive atmosphere and support low-impact tourism.
The NH Collection Pemba Island Resort will include 145 accommodations made up of guest rooms, suites, and private villas. The development will also feature multiple dining venues as well as meeting and events facilities designed to accommodate business and social gatherings. The architectural concept will combine contemporary design with the natural landscape of the island, creating a destination suited primarily to leisure travelers seeking a relaxed yet upscale environment.
