Last 2012 Honor Flight Leaves from CVG

2012-11-14 — /travelprnews.com/ — CVG is proud to continue its support of Honor Flight Tri-State with a ceremony and flight to Washington, D.C. on Nov. 14. This is the last Tri-State Honor Flight in 2012.

Honor Flight Tri-State is a non-profit organization, whose sole mission is to fly as many World War II and Korean War veterans to their memorials in Washington, DC as possible at no cost to the veteran. Honor Flight Tri-State flew 365 veterans on five separate charter flights from CVG in 2011.

The Nov. 14 flight is scheduled to leave CVG at 8 a.m. from Concourse A heading to Reagan International Airport.
