IHG’s newest midscale conversion brand continues its expansion across Southern Europe

This 126-room hotel, set to open in 2025, marks the expansion of IHG’s midscale Garner brand into the Turkish market. This 126-room hotel, which will be located near Istanbul’s International Airport, is set to open in 2025 and will mark the introduction of IHG’s Garner brand to the Turkish market.
Garner, IHG’s midscale conversion brand, has rapidly grown in popularity since its launch, with 79 signings and four openings worldwide to date. The brand is known for offering investors competitive conversion costs, flexible design options, and efficient transition to operational status. It also provides access to IHG’s extensive support systems, including its global sales organization and loyalty program, IHG One Rewards, which has over 130 million members.
The Garner brand promises guests a comfortable and convenient stay, with 24/7 access to snacks at the Garner Shop and a quality breakfast. Its proximity to Istanbul’s bustling airport, one of the world’s busiest, makes it ideal for transient travelers.
