(IN SHORT) IHG Hotels & Resorts has partnered with LCK Hospitality Company Limited to open a 52-room Vignette Collection hotel in Ho Chi Minh City in late 2025. It will be the second Vignette property in Vietnam and the first in the city, joining IHG’s Luxury & Lifestyle portfolio alongside brands such as Six Senses and Regent. Located close to major cultural attractions and galleries, the hotel aims to deliver authentic Vietnamese-themed experiences under the Vignette hallmarks of “Memorable Rituals” and “A Means For Good.” Strong tourism growth—with 10.7 million international visitors in H1 2025—underpins IHG’s strategy, as it currently operates 20 hotels in Vietnam with 22 more under development.

(NEWS) HO CHI MINH CITY, Vietnam, 2025-Aug-6 — /Travel PR News/ — IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed an agreement with Vietnam-based LCK Hospitality Company Limited to introduce its Vignette Collection to Ho Chi Minh City later this year. The 52-key property will mark IHG’s second Vignette Collection hotel in Vietnam—following the Moire Hoi An opening—and the first in the country’s largest metropolis. Nestled among antique galleries and near the Fine Arts Museum, the boutique hotel aims to showcase Vietnamese artistry and culture through bespoke design and guest experiences.

Dinh Trong Khoa, IHG’s Development Director for Vietnam, said the collaboration underscores IHG’s commitment to expanding its Luxury & Lifestyle footprint in the market. “This partnership brings our shared vision to life,” he noted, adding that the new property will leverage IHG One Rewards to attract both domestic and international travellers. LCK’s Director of Asset Management, Trang Hai Dang, emphasized the choice of IHG’s proven Vignette model—citing Moire Hoi An’s success—and highlighted the hotel’s prime central location, just 30 minutes from Tan Son Nhat International Airport and within one kilometre of landmarks like Ben Thanh Market and the Saigon Opera House.

Vietnam’s tourism sector has surged in 2025, with 10.7 million international arrivals in the first half—a 21% increase year-on-year—and Ho Chi Minh City alone welcoming 3.8 million foreign visitors, up 44%. IHG currently manages 20 hotels across eight brands in Vietnam, with 60% in the Luxury & Lifestyle segment and 22 more properties in the pipeline. The Ho Chi Minh City Vignette Collection hotel is poised to capitalize on the city’s booming travel demand and growing appetite for culturally rich, upscale stays.

Still in Vietnam, the Company has also announced last year the debut of two Luxury & Lifestyle brands in Vietnam as it introduced Hotel Indigo and Vignette Collection to the market as part of its growth strategy.
