The company’s broad regional expansion covers key cities such as Abha, Buraidah, Jeddah, and Madinah, ensuring its presence across all hospitality segments. The announcement, made ahead of the Future Investment Initiative (FII) in Riyadh, underscores Hilton’s long-term commitment to supporting Saudi Vision 2030 and the Kingdom’s growing tourism ambitions. Through its expansion across 14 of its global brands, Hilton plans to add over 22,000 rooms and create more than 15,000 new job opportunities, with at least half designated for Saudi nationals.

The company’s expansion covers all hospitality categories—from luxury and lifestyle to premium economy—reflecting its strategy to meet the rising demand for travel and tourism across both established and emerging regional cities. In luxury, Hilton is bolstering its presence with standout developments such as Conrad Riyadh Laysen Valley (opening in 2026), Waldorf Astoria at Diriyah Gate, and the first Waldorf Astoria in Madinah. The group is also partnering with Rua Al Madinah Holding and Dan Co. to introduce new hotels and an agritourism resort under its LXR brand in Al Ahsa.

A highlight of Hilton’s 2025 growth story is the debut of Tempo by Hilton Riyadh Al Narjis, marking the lifestyle brand’s first appearance in the Middle East and Africa. Scheduled to open in 2029 in partnership with Al Theeb Hospitality, the hotel will feature 135 rooms, a café, fitness facilities, and meeting spaces—all designed for modern, wellness-oriented travelers.

New projects include Hijla Hotel Abha, Curio Collection by Hilton, DoubleTree by Hilton Riyadh Al Narjis, DoubleTree by Hilton Buraidah, and Spark by Hilton Dammam, offering a mix of design-focused, full-service, and accessible options for various traveler profiles. The group’s growing pipeline also features the Middle East’s first Spark by Hilton Makkah Aziziyah and Diyar Ajwa, Tapestry Collection by Hilton in Madinah.
