Introducing the new $38 Power Lunch for business groups, and innovative new Meetings on Wheels program.
2012-09-13 — /travelprnews.com/ — Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills makes getting the job done efficiently easier than ever with two new innovations for business travellers and locals who want to maximize their meeting time, and their budget.
The New Power Lunch
Executive Chef Ashley James unveils a new Power Lunch for groups this September through December 2012. Created to address the needs of clients who are short on time, tight on budget yet must meet, the Power Lunch answers with this unique offering.
For USD 38.00 plus applicable taxes and service charges, clients will receive a two-course lunch served in one of Four Seasons private event rooms seating up to 50 people. In addition, clients will receive preferred pricing on audio visual, valet parking and internet fees. This package is designed to save clients approximately 30 percent from a typical catered lunch.
Whether clients have a board meeting for 10 or an educational session for 50, this Power Lunch can help to address the needs amid five star luxury service without exceeding the budget. For bookings, contact the Catering department at 310 786 2266, or inquire online.
Ultimate Mobility: Meetings on Wheels
In a revolutionary new program, Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles now offers a luxury eight-passenger Mercedes van equipped with swivel chairs, two plasma screens, electrical outlets and unlimited Wi-Fi, allowing groups to conduct meetings on the go. Initially developed for groups conducting road shows around the city, the van is proving popular with other business travellers as well.
It’s ideal for briefing the team before a big meeting, making last minute changes to a presentation or squeezing in some business on the way to a client dinner, allowing people to use their time in a way not possible until now.
Continuing Innovation at Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles
Always on the lookout for ways to make vacations more memorable and business more productive, Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles continues to innovate with technologies and other thoughtful amenities and services for its guests. Last year, the Hotel added Luxury LA eConcierge to the iPad 2 devices it had already introduced in each of its 285 guestrooms and suites.
